Photograph your builder's warranty guide once. Home Pulse reads it, explains each category in plain language, tells you whether a defect is likely covered, and builds the report you send to claim it.
In beta on iPhone. Guidance only, not legal advice.
Example screen with sample items.
Three steps, and the first one only happens once.
Snap the pages of your builder's warranty booklet. Home Pulse reads them once and keeps the result on your phone.
Pick a category, describe the issue, and attach a photo. You get a verdict of likely covered, likely not covered, or unclear, with the reasoning.
Add the issue to your tracker in one tap. Share a clean report with the item, the photo and the warranty dates.
Most claims fail on paperwork and timing, so that's what the app helps with.
Structural, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, exterior, windows and doors, appliances and landscaping, each with what's typically covered and what isn't.
Describe a defect and attach a photo. The answer comes from your own guide when you've uploaded one.
Coverage periods, tolerances and notice rules come from your actual booklet, not a generic template.
Photograph an appliance nameplate and the name, brand, model, serial number and dates are filled in for you.
Keep every item, warranty end date, issue and photo in one place, so nothing lapses unnoticed.
Everything you flagged, with dates and details, formatted to send to your builder.
Many builders use a tiered structure like the one below. Yours may differ, which is why the guide matters.
A common structure, not a promise about your home. Notice deadlines are often short, sometimes 30 days from discovery, so log a problem as soon as you see it.
There is nothing to sign up for, and no ads or tracking.
Your items, notes, photos and guide pages are stored on your phone, not in an account.
Questions, attached photos and guide pages are sent for analysis only when you use those features.
The app uses a random ID to limit usage. It never asks for your name or email.
No. Home Pulse gives guidance based on your guide and common practice. Your builder's written warranty and your contract decide what is covered, so always confirm with your builder.
Yes. Without a guide it shows typical coverage for each category and labels it as generic. Upload your guide and the answers come from your builder's actual terms.
It can misread a page or miss a detail, especially in a poor photo. It is meant to point you in the right direction and to help you prepare, not to replace reading the guide.
Your items, photos and guide pages stay on your phone. When you ask a question, scan a label or upload a guide, the text or images you chose are sent to a server to be analyzed by AI. The privacy policy has the details.
